An edit is taking longer than expected
Generation needs an internet connection. Keep the app available while it checks the result. If a request was interrupted, reopen the app before starting another generation so it can recover the existing request where available.
A credit balance looks wrong
Include the approximate time, app version and a description of what happened. For purchase issues, include the product name and whether Apple showed a successful purchase. Do not email full receipts, payment details or private photos unless support specifically needs a redacted detail.
Save or share a result
Use the save or share action on a completed result. Saving to Photos may require permission. If saving fails, check the app's Photos access in iOS Settings and try again.
Can I edit on Android or in a browser?
Editing takes place in the Apple app. You cannot upload or edit photos on this website. Check the App Store listing for supported devices and the current minimum iOS version.
Which name should I look for?
Doodiva is the new name. You may still see Doodlify: Make Viral IG Art on the App Store during the transition. The correct app ID is 6782599903, published by Appy Labs, LLC.
Privacy or deletion request
Email doodlify@appylabs.xyz with a description of the request. Remove saved images separately in Photos. In app versions with recent-edit history, use the local cache clearing action in Settings to remove those stored photos and results. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Backend purchase and credit records may require separate handling.
Common questions
What does Doodiva do?
Doodiva uses AI to add doodles to a photo you choose. Edits can include handwritten-style captions. Select a look, generate an edit, and compare the result before saving or sharing.
Do I have to draw anything?
No. The AI draws the doodles. Choose a style and, where available, add context such as the occasion or mood you have in mind.
Can I move each doodle myself?
Doodiva produces a single image. It does not provide separate doodle layers or a manual brush canvas. For exact arrows, handwriting or placement, use a manual tool such as iPhone Markup.
Will it change my face or my original photo?
Your original photo stays separate from the generated edit. The AI is instructed to preserve the photographed scene, but details in its output can change. Compare the result with your original before sharing.
Can I choose the exact caption?
Context can guide the edit, but the AI generates the final wording and placement. Exact text is not guaranteed.
